We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team in driving innovation and excellence in technology delivery. As an Engineering Manager - Chapter Lead, you will be responsible for shaping the evolution of our technical squad through contribution to our overall strategy.

Key responsibilities include providing expert advice on technology, solution design, and architecture, as well as leading high-performing software engineering teams. You will be expected to promote open communication and create a safe working environment where engineers' voices are heard.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have prior experience in leading and inspiring software engineering teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You must also effectively communicate engineering practice standards and consistently apply global best practices across squads.

Additional requirements include knowledge of cross-platform technologies, such as Jetpack Compose, and advanced experience in software engineering and architecture principles. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control management, and testing automation is highly valued.
