Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Services Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors to our premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with their queries and concerns in a helpful and professional manner
- Deliver an excellent experience to all clients, employees and guests
- Assist the administration of the business to run efficiently and professionally
- Answer and direct telephone calls, book in new clients, organize outgoing couriers, distribute incoming mail and assist in coordination of meeting room bookings
- Provide administrative support to a range of business stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferably experience in a similar fast-paced senior administration role with strong customer service skills
- Preferably experience in a front reception role
- Warm, friendly and professional with a customer service focus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible, proactive approach to achieving team and business goals
- Strong interpersonal skills to build robust working relationships within a dynamic team environment
