We are looking for a customer-centric hospitality expert to join our team in a shift supervisor position.

Job Description

Lead floor/kitchen management, executing 100% standards around quality, service and cleanliness. Understand pre-shifts, peak hours, non-peak hours and pre-close procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Give team feedback and coaching, roll out national marketing campaigns and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and growing the restaurant with us.

Requirements

Experience in leadership roles, managing inventory and teams. Confidence in giving feedback and coaching, ability to communicate effectively.
