Job Title

A dynamic and highly organized Project Coordinator to support our project execution team in Sale VIC.

Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate material orders, training, and data registers are updated, as well as providing administrative support to the site Leadership team. A key focus will be on empowering a united and collaborative culture, delivering technical excellence, and creating efficient innovative solutions.

  • Previous experience as a Project or Site based Administrator.
  • General knowledge of SAP and Aconex (Highly desirable).
  • Experience working with Projects and Operations & Maintenance contracts.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word).
