Responsibilities
  • Work with the project execution team and technical specialists to ensure material orders, training and data registers are updated.
  • Provide administrative support to the site Leadership team.
About You
  • Previous demonstrated experience as a Project or Site based Administrator.
  • General knowledge and familiarity with SAP and Aconex (highly desirable).
  • Experience working with Projects and Operations & Maintenance contracts.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word).
