Job Title: Training Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Training Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating training programs, ensuring that new starters gain confidence in their roles and develop the skills they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate training programs to deliver on contractual obligations

• Manage and maintain training materials and resources

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of training and any issues relevant to on-time delivery of training

• Conduct observation, evaluation, and assessment of candidates' learning outcomes and test results

Requirements:

• Minimum Cert IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent

• Experience in supporting others to learn and develop, with an understanding of contact centre operations

• Ability to establish and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment

• Strong interpersonal skills and high level of integrity
