Product Ambassador

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Wine Connoisseur. In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for wine, beer, and spirits with customers.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace. You will also be expected to maintain a strong knowledge of our products and be able to engage with customers on their queries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of our products and being able to engage with customers on their queries
- Performing moderate to heavy lifting up to 17kg and reaching stock
- Working in a fast-paced environment and meeting sales targets
Accredited RSA certification is mandatory for selling liquor in Australia. Please note that some States may require a State-specific RSA qualification.
