Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Product Ambassador to drive the success of our innovative product category, Nuance Audio.

This exciting role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and provide exceptional customer support.


Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Support Nuance Audio sales team in the field to drive sell-through of Nuance Audio in optical stores.
    • Present and demonstrate the unique features and benefits of Nuance Audio as part of a complete eyewear solution.
    • Identify and engage potential customers in both the optical and audiology channels.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
    • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Product Expertise and Training:
    • Develop deep product knowledge, including technical specifications and customer use cases.
    • Provide training to optometrists, audiologists, and healthcare partners to ensure effective product positioning and customer support.
    • Stay informed about updates to the product and competitive offerings to maintain a strong value proposition.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
    • Gather and document customer feedback to share with marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to support the development of marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Reporting and Administration:
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets.
