**Job Overview:**

As a Site Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of major infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for monitoring project plans, resolving engineering issues, managing subcontractors, and ensuring technical matters are compliant with project standards.

  • Contribute to a safety-first culture and ensure works are delivered to legislative and project standards
  • Review and understand construction drawings, specifications, and method statements
  • Liaise, communicate, and plan with foremen and subcontractors on a daily basis to achieve target outcomes
  • Ensure project delivery is compliant with project standards
  • Ensure on-site works are delivered to quality standards and complete all relevant documentation

**Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent subcontractor management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to develop and maintain good working relationships internally and externally
