A key role in our HR team, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting employees throughout their lifecycle.
The Opportunity
As an HR Services Specialist, you will:
- Own the employee lifecycle: onboarding, movements, offboarding and more.
- Provide expert advice on HR operations, mobility, payroll, benefits and reward queries.
- Coordinate and manage employee benefit programs.
- Champion process improvement and support global HR projects.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:
- 2+ years' experience in an HR Coordinator/Admin role.
- Good working knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with HR systems and intermediate IT skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, prioritisation and multitasking ability.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and strong stakeholder skills.
- Bonus: Experience with immigration or domestic/international mobility.
