About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Renovations Team at Sg Fleet Australia Pty Ltd as a Renovation Team Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the workload within the team to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner and customer expectations are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily workload across the team, prioritizing activities to ensure completion within required timeframes and taking immediate action to reduce backlog.
  • Action quality assessments to ensure that processes are being followed and quotes are accurate, monitoring Renovation Tickets to ensure KPIs are being met.
  • Provide guidance, instruction, training, and leadership to the team for the purpose of achieving key results, including assisting with the day-to-day running of the team and being the first point of escalation.
  • Effectively assist with internal queries in relation to Renovations, demonstrating advanced knowledge and confidently relating renovations procedures and requirements, maintaining and updating Renovation work instructions for the team.
  • Ensure IMS gets updates throughout the process to ensure that all tickets accurately reflect the current status of each renovation.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders as required (employers, financiers, and other fleet leasing providers) in a professional manner to facilitate the renovations and build relationships.
  • Identify and report to the Manager any issues or potential issues made aware of, including but not always relating to the Renovation team, which could have a negative impact on Sg Fleet.
Requirements
  • Solid previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Ability to effectively manage internal and external relationships with superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to motivate and lead others to meet the departmental KPIs, ability to share knowledge and coach others.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, ability to prioritise and deliver against challenging deadlines.
  • Can resolve problems through to completion resolution in a timely and effective manner.
  • Sound computer skills, including strong MS Office.
  • High level numeracy, attention to detail, and ability to understand complex finance/taxation concepts.
