Dual Site Concession Team Lead

As a Dual Site Concession Manager, you will be responsible for driving a customer-centric culture and creating a memorable experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive a customer-focused culture, ensuring seamless interactions with customers at all times
- Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration to achieve sales targets and business KPIs
- Work closely with Leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad operation
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators
- Drive operational excellence by managing rosters and preparing back-of-house administration
- Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff members
- A supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPIs in line with expectations
- An eye for detail with a passion for styling and visual merchandising
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
