- Prepare accurate forecasts, cost estimates and manage financial resources effectively.
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, consultants and internal teams.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Ability to travel regularly to various job sites across Adelaide.
- Residential housing experience advantageous.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Knowledge of local market conditions and familiarisation with subcontractors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current valid driver's license required.
