About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Dynamic Project Development Specialist. This dynamic role offers hands-on experience across major projects and the chance to learn from industry experts.

Your Role

You will play a key role in supporting senior consultants and project teams with research, data analysis, and preparing client deliverables. With guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals, you will build a strong foundation for your consulting career.

Your Responsibilities

Support the implementation of project plans and contribute to project delivery under the guidance of experienced team members. Research, review and analyse data from project records to support the development of client reports and deliverables. Prepare high-quality documentation, including reports, schedules and presentations for client submissions. Apply project controls methodologies to help identify challenges and support the development of innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering or related field. Exposure to project management software like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6. Experience using Microsoft applications and software (desirable). Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports. Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a collaborative environment.
