  • A strong understanding of NDIS principles and person-centered care practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • A valid Australian driver's license and reliable transport.
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Manual handling training (preferable).
