We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Employment Coach to join our team in Epping. As an Employment Coach, you will play a vital role in helping individuals overcome career challenges and achieve their employment goals.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Provide one-to-one coaching sessions to participants, assessing their career needs and creating personalized action plans.
  • Conduct career assessments and help clients identify their strengths, interests, and values to guide their employment goals.
  • Collaborate with community organizations to create opportunities for participants.
  • Assist participants in developing effective job search strategies, including resume writing and interview preparation.
  • Refer participants to training, counseling, and other services to increase long-term employment outcomes.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer service, client-facing, or an administrative role.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks to achieve outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with well-developed verbal and written skills, and the ability to conduct client assessments and develop case plans.
  • Interpersonal conflict resolution and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify innovative solutions to problems.
  • Ability to develop relationships with employers and stakeholders.
