Senior Restructuring Advisor

We provide expert advice on turnaround and restructuring strategies to businesses in financial distress.
The Role: Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough financial and operational analyses to assess business viability, liquidity, and restructuring options
- Develop and implement effective turnaround strategies, cash flow forecasting, and implementation plans
- Build and review complex financial models, prepare client-ready reports and presentations
- Support expedited M&A processes, contingency planning, stakeholder negotiations and trade-on strategies
- Prepare detailed reports for various stakeholders including lenders, boards, and regulators
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field is required
- CA or CPA qualification (or progress toward completion) is necessary
- At least 1 year experience (for Associate role) or 3 years' experience (for Senior Associate role) in restructuring, insolvency, transaction services, corporate finance, audit, business services or a similar field is expected
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, including preparation of 3-statement and liquidity models, are highly valued
- Demonstrated genuine interest in insolvency, turnaround and restructuring is essential
