Key Qualifications and Attributes
- A genuine passion for providing care to others
- Respect for individuals from all walks of life, irrespective of background, age, gender, religion, ethnicity, or sexual orientation
- Active participation in handovers with the Clinical Care Team to ensure seamless care transitions
- Possession of a valid qualification with current registration
- Familiarity with the AN-ACC Aged Care funding model
- Ability to ensure safe medication administration, optimal wound care practices, and clinical support tailored to resident needs
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
To work in our residential aged care settings, candidates must provide satisfactory background checks, a valid Police Check or NDIS worker screening clearance, seasonal Influenza vaccinations, and proof of relevant certifications.
