About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at HealthX. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the clinical care team to promote excellence in care practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments, ensuring the dignity and independence of residents are maintained.
  • Engage in nursing practices that enhance the quality of life for residents, including the management of medications and coordination of daily care needs.
  • Liaise with doctors, allied health professionals, and family members to plan, implement, and evaluate individual resident care.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate and prioritize workload effectively.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
  • Minimum of 2 years Aged Care experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience providing clinical patient-centered care.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and legislative framework.
