Lead Mobile Designer

This position plays a key role in shaping the mobile app experience, working collaboratively with senior leaders, developers, designers, and product teams to drive best-practice mobile design.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive mobile UI design roadmap, delivering end-to-end UI solutions for new features.
- Maintain consistency, scalability, and efficiency across RACV's mobile design system.
- Balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints while aligning with the broader digital strategy.
The Mobile UI Design Lead champions a culture of continuous improvement, utilizing member feedback, analytics, and platform trends to inform design decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver high-quality native mobile app designs across iOS and Android.
- Up-to-date knowledge of latest mobile standards and trends in mobile UI patterns.
- Tertiary qualification in UX Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related fields.
