About the Role

This role is for an Assistant Store Manager who will support the Store Manager on all operational aspects, as well as manage the team on the Store Manager's RDO. You will use your prior retail and apparel experience to train and coach your team on daily tasks.

  • Support the operational functions of the store, including merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock, and exceeding KPIs.
  • Manage the team on the Store Manager's RDO, ensuring that customers receive excellent service.
  • Complete a 12-week training program to become BRA-FIT certified, enhancing your skills and knowledge.

You will excel in achieving operational functions and contribute to a positive work environment. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will also commit to our business hours and be available during peak periods.
