We are seeking an experienced and passionate Front of House Supervisor to join our management team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless operations of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing services and ensuring seamless operations of the restaurant
- Opening and closing of the venue, handling cash transactions
- Creating and managing weekly staff schedules and forecasting labor costs (we can provide training on this)
- Ensuring high standards of service are maintained

We are a dynamic and fun-loving team that values excellent customer service and teamwork. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work in a beautiful and well-designed venue, with regular training sessions and tastings.
Requirements:
- Possess a genuine passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn and grow
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Current RSA certification or ability to obtain one
- Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced environments
