We are seeking a highly experienced Design Manager to join our Water Infrastructure team at AECOM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design delivery of water infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design delivery of water infrastructure projects, including water and wastewater treatment, dams, and asset management.
- Collaborate with project delivery teams, end clients, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and implement design strategies to meet project requirements and client needs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Manage and coordinate design resources, including engineers, technicians, and consultants.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a field such as civil engineering, water resources engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in water infrastructure design and project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong technical skills, with expertise in design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
