Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Water Infrastructure Project Manager to lead our water infrastructure projects in Australia. As a Senior Water Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering large-scale water infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
About the Role:
We offer a competitive salary range of AU$140,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a range of benefits, including flexible work arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive employee benefits program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage water infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver projects to the highest standards.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and proposals to win new projects and grow our water infrastructure business.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless project delivery and the achievement of business objectives.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and consulting experience in water infrastructure engineering and design.
- Proven track record in the successful delivery of large-scale water infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of water infrastructure engineering and design principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the development of business strategies and proposals to win new projects and grow our water infrastructure business.
