The Role

We are seeking an experienced data engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data warehousing architecture and design, coupled with hands-on expertise across Azures modern data stack.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data warehouse solutions on the Azure platform.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using Azure Data Factory and related tools.
  • Work extensively with Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Storage (Gen2), and SQL Server to ingest, process, and store data.
  • Write and optimize T-SQL queries to support data processing and analytics.
  • Design and implement data models (star schema, snowflake schema) for reporting and analytics.
  • Integrate structured and semi-structured data from a variety of sources, including APIs, flat files, and on-premises databases.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in data warehousing architecture and design, preferably on the Azure platform.
  • Strong, hands-on experience with:
  • Azure Synapse Analytics
  • Azure Data Factory
  • Azure Data Lake Storage (Gen2)
  • T-SQL and SQL Server
  • Proficiency in ETL/ELT workflow development and management.
