Job Title: Retail Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational performance and elevating customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires a full-time leader to lead daily store operations, including sales, KPIs, visual merchandising, stock management, and shrinkage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily store operations, including sales, KPIs, visual merchandising, stock management, and shrinkage.
  • Motivate and develop your team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet goals.
  • Manage wage budgets and rosters in line with company standards and guidelines.
  • Foster team development through training, coaching, and succession planning.
  • Create a positive store culture focused on results, learning, and wellbeing.
  • Build community engagement through sporting partnerships and healthcare relationships.
  • Ensure OH&S compliance according to national and state requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • A confident, proactive attitude and passion for leadership.
  • Experience in developing high-performing teams and cultivating success.
  • Strong operational skills in rostering, wage control, visual merchandising, and stock management.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with support office teams and local partners.
