About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Retail Operations Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, including inventory management, stock control, and staff supervision. They will also be expected to analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve sales performance.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities
