About the Role

The Reporting Analyst will play a crucial part in building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data models. This role focuses on leveraging Power BI and other analytical tools to extract, query, and analyze data from multiple sources.

This is an internally focused role, working with data from across the member base, employer partners, and facility network to drive operational performance and identify trends.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to monitor key business metrics.
  • Analyze large datasets using SQL and OLAP tools.
  • Ensure data integrity through validation and reconciliation checks.
  • Support internal teams by providing clear and reliable outputs.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform operational and strategic decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and automate manual tasks.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support one-off business questions and initiatives.
About You

We're looking for an experienced professional with strong technical skills in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and OLAP tools. A degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, or a related field is also required.

You'll need to have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
