Data Insights Specialist

Our organization seeks a skilled Data Insights Specialist to drive business acumen and inform strategic decisions through data-driven analysis. This role will play a critical part in driving performance tracking, product intelligence, and business growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver actionable dashboards, reports, and deep-dive analysis to measure audience, product, content, and commercial performance.
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting pipelines using tools like GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Google Console.
  • Translate business questions into structured analytical problems and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support A/B testing frameworks and analyze experiment results to validate product hypotheses and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, success metrics, and data definitions to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Identify trends and anomalies in large datasets and proactively share insights to support strategic projects and product launches.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to validate data quality and ensure robust tagging, tracking, and data flows.
  • Document and maintain data dictionaries and reporting standards to support internal literacy and governance.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support commercial initiatives and strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a data analyst or reporting analyst role, preferably within digital, e-commerce, or media.
  • Mastery of Excel and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experimental design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, especially around data storytelling.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to digital media, automotive, or marketplace environments.
