Executive Leader, Anti-Dumping Advisory Role

Job Opportunity:
The role of Assistant Director, Executive Level 1, Anti-Dumping presents an exceptional chance for a highly skilled and motivated professional to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for facilitating, coordinating, and addressing current and emerging issues identified through the implementation of improvement and reform initiatives within the Anti-Dumping Commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering advice on operational practice improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supporting senior leadership in developing and implementing business planning and continuous improvement strategies.
- Managing own work programs, projects, and tasks, including delegating tasks to ensure seamless execution.
- Directly managing staff to deliver Taskforce outcomes, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Maintaining effective stakeholder relationships, including with other federal government departments, to promote mutual understanding and cooperation.
- Contributing to a positive and productive team environment, promoting a culture of innovation and growth.
Requirements:
- Experience contributing to outcomes in multi-disciplinary teams, demonstrating exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and critical analysis skills, allowing for informed decision-making and problem-solving.
- A high level of self-motivation, initiative, resilience, and commitment to lead and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
