Senior Access Governance Specialist

Are you passionate about ensuring the security and integrity of an organisation's systems? We are seeking an experienced Access Governance and Compliance expert to lead our SAP GRC and user access processes.
About the Role- Lead an offshore team to design and enforce SAP access governance and user access management policies, procedures, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage end-to-end user access processes—provisioning, deprovisioning, and audits—across SAP systems.
- Oversee user provisioning processes—including Active Directory account creation, AAD/AD group memberships, and M365 licensing.
- Develop and implement automated solutions to streamline access management processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support users, serving as the escalation point for SAP GRC and User Access Management issues.
- Drive strategic execution and continuous improvement by managing resources and implementing SAP GRC initiatives.
- Experience in IT user access management and strong proficiency in administering SAP GRC solutions (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management) within large, complex enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of IT security principles, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices, with the ability to apply them to governance and risk management frameworks.
- Proven leadership capabilities, including managing offshore teams, balancing multiple priorities, and driving performance in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
