About the Role">

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced professional looking to take on a leadership position within our team. As a Senior Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality governance services to a portfolio of clients.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • Deliver exceptional company secretarial and governance services across your client portfolio
  • Manage relationships with boards, executives, shareholders, registries, lawyers, and regulators
  • Advise on governance obligations under relevant legislation and regulations
  • Assist with Board and Shareholder meetings, including preparation of agendas, papers, and minutes
  • Maintain corporate records and statutory registers
  • Develop and maintain best practice governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
  • E nsure clients remain compliant with statutory obligations
  • Contribute to business growth and participate in business development initiatives
