Stock Coordinator Role

About Our Company

We are a premium retailer delivering on-trend clothing, shoes and accessories from an aspirational brand assortment.

The Role:

We're looking for a Stock Coordinator to join our team in Erina.

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers with product queries
  • Perform transactions on POS
  • Manage stock efficiently
  • Receive stock upon delivery
  • Escalate stock delivery discrepancies to management when necessary
  • Process stock (Soft & Hard Tagging, handle and fold stock)
  • Merchandise replenishment
  • Assist management with stock date
  • Ensure stock is processed in a timely manner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exercise duty of care by performing duties in a safe manner according to safe work practices
  • Report incidents in a timely manner

You'll be responsible for maintaining store operations, VM presentation, and inventory management. You will also be expected to perform administrative tasks as required.
