The Role:

We are seeking a Stock Coordinator to join our team at the brand new store.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service

- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers with product queries

- Process transactions on POS

- Manage stock inventory

- Receive stock upon delivery

- Escalate stock delivery discrepancies to management when necessary

- Process stock (Soft & Hard Tagging, handling and folding)

- Replenish merchandise stock

- Assist management with stock organization

- Ensure timely stock processing

In-Store Operations and Visual Merchandising:

Present all merchandise as per VM guide at all times

Perform duties in a safe manner in accordance with safe work practices

Report incidents in a timely manner

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role

- High attention to detail

- Effective problem-solving skills

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)

- Retail background in stock administration

- Team player
