We seek an accomplished leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and coaching a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
About Our BusinessOur company is a market-leading specialist retailer in Australia's rapidly growing personal grooming market. We dominate our core business of men's and women's hair removal products.
The RoleA successful leader will create a positive and engaging store environment that welcomes and excites our customers each time they visit. You will need to have a strong management background, preferably in retail, and excellent communication skills to lead a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth through effective inventory management and promotions
- Develop and coach a high-performing team to achieve sales, wages, KPIs, and stock loss targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe working environment for team members and customers
- Roster team members in line with store trading hours
