We are seeking a Supply Chain Professional to join our team in the stunning hinterland of Byron Bay.

The ideal candidate will have experience with stock management & logistics, and be passionate about sustainability paired with delicious, high-quality craft spirits.

Key responsibilities include overseeing stock movement company-wide, negotiating product and service costs, ensuring quality, ethics & sustainability in supplier relationships, and managing export & import logistics.

The successful applicant will hold excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be a strong team player with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, and have a strong understanding of procurement concepts and trends.

This is a full-time position offering an employee discount and a competitive salary range of $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.

Monday to Friday working hours and Australia work authorization are preferred.

**Job Summary:**

• Oversee stock movement company-wide and ensure adherence to ATO requirements

• Negotiate all new and existing products and service costs across all departments.

• Ensure working with local suppliers/farmers and indigenous businesses are a priority

• Quality, Ethics & Sustainability are all to be considered in high regard when reviewing all products and service providers

• Overseeing the receival & placement of all Purchase Orders

• Manage all Export & Import logistics

• Manage regular utility & service reviews i.e. Solar, Gas, Logistics Partners, etc. to ensure competitiveness

**Requirements:**

• Strong understanding and knowledge of procurement concepts, processes, supply chain activities, and trends

• Experience in logistics & stock management

• High level of computer literacy including Microsoft suite & ERP systems

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Be a strong team player with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
