About Us

This role is part of a dynamic team working towards transforming lives where mental health expertise matters.

  • We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to deliver acute outpatient care, support recovery and continuity of care in the community.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely consultation, assessment, treatment, and follow-up support for adults and their families across the Lower Mid North Coast.
  • Support consumers to transition from hospital to home, with medication monitoring, psychoeducation, relapse prevention, and coordinated support with local services.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team on a dynamic 7-day rotating roster to provide high-quality, person-centred care.
Requirements:
  • A qualification in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work is required, with eligibility or membership of the relevant professional association / registration through AHPRA.
  • Eligibility to drive in NSW and interstate, and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
