Mental Health Professional - Acute Care Team at Hunter New England Local Health District, Manning Mental Health Service, Taree Community Health Service.

Responsibilities- Deliver acute outpatient care across the Lower Mid North Coast, including timely consultation, assessment, treatment, and follow-up support for adults and their families.
- Support consumers to transition from hospital to home, with medication monitoring, psychoeducation, relapse prevention, and coordinated support with local services.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team on a dynamic 7-day rotating roster to provide high-quality, person-centred care.
- Must hold a qualification in one of the following: Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, with eligibility or membership of the relevant professional association / registration through AHPRA.
- Eligibility to drive in NSW and interstate, and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
