Event Coordinator Role

This is a key position responsible for the overall setup, execution, and operations of events in our hotel.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event management and be able to work well under pressure. Excellent leadership and communication skills are required to effectively manage teams and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure the smooth and efficient running of all events within the hotel.
  • To manage inventory, stock ordering & departmental upkeep.
  • To train and develop staff.
  • To attend relevant meetings as required.
  • To roster staff in accordance with company policies.
  • To bill accurately as per financial policies.
  • To direct coaching and training of staff.
  • To establish and enforce SOPs and Sequence of Service for the department.
