Job Opportunity

The role of Electrical Service Technician involves providing clients with consistent and accurate service, repair, and maintenance of commercial equipment. This entails visiting client sites for routine service, repairs, and maintenance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review daily work orders and plan the day to ensure all jobs are resolved and completed efficiently.
  • Deliver high-quality service by identifying system requirements, sourcing and gathering components and parts, completing installations, and conducting acceptance tests.
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships through effective communication, attending to client needs, providing recommendations, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Follow troubleshooting procedures in line with policy and product requirements/manuals.
  • Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records accurately.

This position requires a trade-qualified electrician, gas plumber, or refrigeration technician with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.

Benefits:
  • Negotiable hourly rate between $40–$50 depending on experience.
  • A permanent position with paid overtime at penalty rates.

  • An on-call roster with a 6-week rotation and an additional payment per call-out.
