Location: Tamworth

Salary: £26-30k DOE (Starting salary), with an initial rate of £13.25-£15 per hour (increase with progression)

We are seeking an Auto Electrician to work for a market-leading, rapidly growing company involved in exciting government projects and international clients. The company is a trusted UK-based manufacturer and engineering firm known for innovation, quality craftsmanship, and expertise in the commercial vehicle sector, including transport, utilities, municipal services, emergency vehicles, and defence.

Responsibilities:

1. Install and wire electrical systems such as lighting, beacons, reversing cameras, sensors, alarms, and power inverters.
2. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and build specifications.
3. Perform diagnostics and fault finding on 12V and 24V systems.
4. Route wiring looms using crimping, soldering, etc.
5. Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and is completed to a high standard.

Requirements:

• Experience working with vehicle electrics.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings.
