Job Title: Electrician
This role offers a unique opportunity to take on a high-responsibility position as an Electrician, working in a leading company's NSW team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for minimizing call-outs through proactive maintenance and asset management, meeting routine contracted maintenance targets, reducing unit shutdown time, coordinating and completing repair work with customers and subcontractors, growing their business through strong customer relationships and trust, and meeting safety requirements through Field Audits and subcontractor management.
- Responsibilities include managing routine maintenance schedules to ensure contracted obligations are met, delivering and executing repairs budget and new business targets within their area, ordering parts, raising Purchase Orders (POs), and receiving orders for all parts/equipment within their area, promptly responding to customers' needs and concerns with positive outcomes, attending customer meetings and providing technical expertise as required, and proactively supporting 3rd party consultants through tender walkthroughs and consultants' reports.
Requirements for the role include holding a valid NSW Electrical License, having trade qualifications in Electrical, Fitting, or Mechanics, and studies in Electronics being highly desirable. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong IT literacy and experience leading or coordinating teams, a valid driver's license and clean driving record, and a strong customer service mindset and commercial acumen.

In order to excel in this position, the successful candidate will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
