Product Management Role

We are seeking an experienced product manager to join our team. This role is critical in shaping the future of our AI product suite and driving innovation across document intelligence, automation, and machine learning solutions.

This individual will be responsible for defining and maintaining the product backlog, developing commercial models, and acting as a voice of the customer. They will also contribute to brand and product strategy, facilitate workshops with technology and business teams, and translate business needs into functional designs and AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years' experience in end-to-end product management, familiarity with Lean and Agile methods, exposure to AI/ML-based products, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain the product backlog, balancing customer needs, commercial value, and technical feasibility.
  • Develop commercial models and business cases to validate hypotheses and guide decision-making.
  • Act as a voice of the customer, ensuring user-centric product development and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to brand and product strategy, aligning innovation with business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops with technology and business teams to align requirements, scope, and delivery.
  • Translate business needs into functional designs and AI-driven solutions, leveraging system capabilities.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years' experience in end-to-end product management and/or new product development.
  • Familiarity with Lean and Agile methods to uncover user needs and iterate quickly.
  • Exposure to or direct experience with AI/ML-based products, ideally in document intelligence, NLP, or automation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to generate insights, identify new opportunities, and optimize product performance.
