Job Description:

The Casual Client Advisor is responsible for building client relationships and driving sales performance. Key responsibilities include achieving and exceeding sales targets, developing a client portfolio, and ensuring a luxury client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Achievement & Client Development: Achieve and/or exceed monthly sales target, cultivate strong client relationships, develop high watchmaking and bespoke sales, ensure each client receives exceptional customer service, provide expert product knowledge, assist clients with Customer Service needs, maintain brand standards.

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives, standarts of CRM outreach for clienteling, client follow-up maintained, partner with management to develop a plan for clients and prospects, consistently capture client data for follow-up and relationship building, appropriately resolve client issues/concerns and escalate as needed to management.

  • Boutique Operations: Understand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures, assist with daily set-up and breakdown of the boutique, communicate on any maintenance issues, assist in merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock, actively participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to prepare for audit, assist with special projects, coordinate and manage ad-hoc projects while adhering to company policies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years previous experience in watches or high-value luxury product sales preferred.
  • Eagerness to sell and to learn.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities.
  • Excellent computer skills with SAP exposure is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Self-starter with team-player approach.
  • Must be available to work retail hours including nights and weekends.
