About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all members have an excellent experience at our venue.

Your duties will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining legislative requirements, including club entry, RSA & RCG standards
  • General administrative tasks
  • Providing friendly, informed directions and assistance to customers
  • Upselling and promoting club memberships, entertainment, promotions, and events
  • Processing club memberships and renewals accurately
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external customers via phone and in person
  • Projecting a professional image at all times
  • Enhancing the overall experience for all members and guests

About You:

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

  • A passion for delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Experience using a PABX/Switchboard is desirable
  • A willingness to help and work effectively within a team
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • RSA & RCG certification or a willingness to obtain prior to commencement
