Operational Readiness Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement asset hierarchy for plant infrastructure.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of critical assets.
  • Review and improve Safe Work Procedures and plant area processing manuals.
  • Create monthly site project update slide packs and presentations.
  • Lead engineering efforts for maintenance tooling and equipment procurement and delivery for new plants.
  • Ccoordinate maintenance training development, scheduling, and delivery.
  • Develop and roll out site onboarding materials.

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering and extensive experience in a similar role or equivalent asset management experience at a senior level.
  • A strong working knowledge of asset management best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to foresee and plan for potential scenarios.
  • Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS systems.
  • A sound working knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
