Hotel Operations Leader

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Operations Leader to oversee the hotel team at a new location in Bondi Junction. This is a full-time salaried position in a supportive culture with a highly collaborative hotel team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive team performance and productivity by setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and productivity across all hotel operations, including staff management, training, and development.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures within the hotel department and ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure that duties meet service standards and guaranteed arrival times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated leadership skills: proven ability to lead teams effectively and build positive inter-departmental relationships.
  • Excellent staff management skills: proven experience managing payroll and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Able to maintain workplace safety and adhere to policies and procedures.
