Job Opportunity

The Cultural Inclusion Coordinator will oversee the English as an Additional Language (EAL) program across all year levels, 7-12.

This position involves curriculum development, program management, compliance reporting, and student support. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Learning Diversity Leaders to ensure students from diverse backgrounds receive appropriate assistance within the classroom.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate EAL program across all year levels, 7-12
  • Develop and implement curriculum programs for students from diverse backgrounds
  • Work closely with Learning Diversity Leaders to provide holistic support to students
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and well-being
About You
  • You will have a strong understanding of contemporary teaching practices and Australian curriculum frameworks
  • You will be registered or able to be registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
  • You will demonstrate a commitment to education and the safety and well-being of students
