Job Title: Financial Performance Specialist As a Financial Performance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Financial Accountant and working within a close-knit team. Your primary responsibilities will include: 

  1. Prepare and submit payments to banks for approval.

  2. Process foreign exchange payments.

  3. Update cash flow projections on a daily basis.

  4. Prepare and submit cash flow projections to the Global Treasury Team on a weekly basis.

  5. Prepare month-end cash reports to local finance leadership.

  6. Coordinate and maintain the treasury process relating to mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

  7. Implement new bank accounts for both day-to-day transactional business and accounts arising from customers through M&A.

  8. Liaise with key internal stakeholders regarding treasury matters related to M&A.

  9. Enter and maintain accurate data and information within the ERP system.

  10. Complete balance sheet reconciliations, including bank reconciliations.

  11. Liaise and maintain relationships with banks.

 Requirements: 

  • Previous solid experience in a similar role.

  • Experience with ERP systems.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
