Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Studio Manager/Guest Services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with a team.

This position will be responsible for:

  • Providing a luxurious lifestyle experience for all clients and tenants
  • Managing inventory, maintaining the space, and performing other tasks as needed
  • Assisting with digital content, liaising with brands, and managing databases
  • Maintaining the ambiance, style, and cleanliness of the studio

Responsibilities will also include:

  • Greeting clients and tenants upon entry
  • Setting up studios for shoots and events
  • Assisting with bump in and bump out processes
  • Communicating with brand partners for collaborations and activations

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in retail, customer service, concierge, or barista roles is ideal
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills is required
  • Able to work independently or with a team in a collaborative way
